Credit and copywrite for the original photograph belong to the World Food Programme and United Colours of Benetton as published in the March 2003 National Geographic magazine. Arzo is 7 and lives in Kabul where she studies. She does want to be a doctor. I was captivated by the look in her eyes, and tried to do justice to the original.
