I painted this portrait of the Star Trek stars Leonard Nimoy (as the Vulcan alien; Spock) and DeForest Kelley (Dr. McCoy/Bones). I was greatly inspired by episode #33 'Mirror, Mirror' so much so that I decided to paint a scene from it, however I prefer 'Spock' without a beard, making this portrait a bit less recognizable as far as what episode it is, but it's still signature for its mind melt between the two, and by the uniforms (which I have also slightly painted differently from the original look).
