Page 3....the first few pages of the comic was an exercise in me getting the hang of things...at the time, it had been months since I had the time to draw sequentials. This was me doing my own crude drawings, and having fun all the while I was doing them. I started to realize a few years ago that, by nature, I am not an illustrator/fine artist--I'm more of a conceptual cartoonist. Once I accepted that within myself, I was able to get past the cringing that would occur with each new page I churned out, and really get down to actually seeing the whole book through. Dave Sim(creator of Cerebus,Glamourpuss) created a archive of advice for indy creators that really inspired me and helped me stay the course, despite my unpolished artistic skills.:)
