Without A paddle

*Without A Paddle, brings to mind the old cliche', "Up a creek without a paddle". I think we all know what that means...basically you've gone with your friends to a concert for example. You get there and find out that your ticket is now not in your pocket...nowhere to be found. What do you do? All your friends go into the show, and worst of all, you came with them, not in your own car. Now you're even more bummed out! What the hell are you going to do for over two hours, in a city you don't even know...and now the worst part...you realize that you put the ticket in your wallet, with All your money...and yes, you guessed it, your wallet is Not in your back pocket anymore! Now what does this have to do with this picture? Think about it. You're up the river without a paddle. But this picture is depicting such a serene scene that, if all this had happened, but you were in this boat...just being a part of this view, I don't think I would mind being here. The beauty of our world would make just being alive ok! When someone finds you and can help you get back to reality that would be fine, but until then, it would still be just fine. But thats just me. I believe others in this position would be very highly stressed out and that alone is not a healthy way to be without a paddle. .....as usual, just my thoughts. .....Johnny M.
