USS New York arrived in New York Harbor today. It contains 7.5 tons of steel from The World Trade Center in her bow. I've seen the ship on TV, in the news and in magazines but I was not prepared for the overwhelming sadness that hit me as I rounded the Intrepid and saw the USS New York. It was as if someone punched me in the gut. I didn't get too many photos and intend to go back and try again. © jc warburton 09,

That must have been quite an experience. I watched it on TV last night, but would rather been there
