A resident of Philadelphia, Barbara Marinelli is a mixed-media artist and photographer with a unique and edgy style. In addition to submitting a piece for the Tesla Art Show, Barb served as the public relations coordinator for the Nikola Tesla Energy Independence Celebrations 2009, and was a member of the steering committee that organized the conference.
