Background web main page

Working on background for website. Illustrated and modified one dollar bill, colored and type in photoshop. Feedback wanted. ? should I change color of type. Is it lost in illustration ? Should I stretch the background ? Should it be darker? Should type be closer together? Anyway been gone awhile, it is good to pick up a pencil again. Have gone back to work 3 days a week. Still feel pain and tingling in my legs, but need to get out of the house. Time will tell. Zoom version is of original pencil sketch.
