"Leaving it Behind" 2008 -acrylic I actually started this as a zombie piece, but the more I worked on it, the more I felt it necessary to turn it into a moving on piece. The canvas was stretched across the wooden frame that an ex-girlfriend of mine had found. I told her it was just junk, but she kept swearing that she'd use it fore something, so it sat in my closet, through the breakup, the break down, until finaly it was broken out. Needless to say, I was suprised to find it, and so decided that since I was all out of stretcher bars at the time, that I would put it to some good use. Anyways....I've grown fond of the piece, and have it above my television :o)
