Abe Lincoln's Log Cabin

This is a replica of Abe Lincoln's birth place in Foster Park, where I live. I thought that it was fitting to show this picture of his humble beginning to remind us all where we came from. Abe stood for equality of rights, liberty, justice, freedom for all, God and Country, and just plain common sense. Don't vote against the Constitution and what it stands for..vote for freedom and democracy! Vote Republican to preserve your freedom! Photo by Sharon Lee. copyright 2008

You are so right and what a grand capture of his humble beginings super shot

Artist Reply: Hi Gerry, the flood we just had, came clear up to the back of this little cabin, and usually the river is about half of a city block away. It is a really neat little cabin. Thanks for visiting.

What a great image.

Artist Reply: Hi Regina, yes a cute little replica of the original house that Abe Lincoln was born in. Thanks

Wonderful shot, Sharon! What a poor man Lincoln, looks like a ancient prison:)

Artist Reply: This is just a tiny little replica of Lincoln's home, not the real one. Although, it probably was still only one room for his family to live in. They were pioneer people, so they worked with their hands on their land, I suspect. Thanks for visiting Ai
