Nine meals from chaos. That was the truth most citizens faced once the price of oil had stablised at $300 a barrel. As the economy collapsed, transport networks failed, food became scarce. Very scarce. Rampaging gangs with hunger driving them on like hyenas, the town erupted in flames. The few resources available were now heavily gaurded by politicians the police and armed forces. Everyone else could satrve.
