This is a picture I've been working on for Tsunami mag. Maybe they'll like it, maybe they won't, who knows? I was doing a little more experimentation with the eyes again. I'm tyring to put as much detail in them as possible. I mean, eyes are the windows of the soul, right? ^_^ The reason this picture is called Dawning Rain is that it serves two purposes. The background is this sort of tie-dye dawn looking thing, and its raining. Dawning Rain. Ta da. ^_^;; The second purpose is that I want to use the word Dawning as in the sentence " It suddenly dawned on her that..." There's something about the rain that usually makes me realize something about myself. When the cold rain water is running over my hands in all these intricate little patterns, I feel cleansed in a way, like the rain just washed all my worries away. That's what I was trying to show in this picture, hopefully its the point I got across, but then again, the best part about art is its freedom in interpitation. ^_^
