| Artist Reply: Thank you for your feedback! I consider "honest" high praise. One thing I often like to do in drawing is balance a certain roughness with delicacy--it's something I like in music, as well (like a driving rhythm line with a sweet melody over the top: Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring," or some of the Pixies' music)...acknowledging the dark and light together to bring a kind of energetic balance to the work. --Am I making sense or just babbling? :-D Anyway...thanks for the message...maybe you'll log back on sometime and find my reply. | ||
