I had a tough time naming this one but I settled on Indy - for Indigo. Though I say the blue is more a royal blue. It's all your own opinion I suppose. Anyway, This lovely divas outfit was based on a shirt I recently purchased for myself and I'm just so in love with it! So I had some fun and made her a fantastic outfit! Even her fishy friends have some polka dots on their tails...I love polka dots!
