This is a frotage I did after seeing an old house being torn down. The floor was linoleum on top of tile on top of wood. I started out just making the levels of this "floor" go down a little. Then I got crazy and made some abstract stuff underneath. I am really quite pleased with the 3D effect I was able to achive. mixed media on paper. charcoal, crayon, marker, colored pencil, ink, and pencil on several types of paper: mulberry, vellum, rice, rives BFK, a paper plate, and plain computer paper.
