This is a grotesque sketch that I call Top Model. She has a big upper lip, is near starvation, she really sells, sells, sells. Her next big career move will be to fatten her upper lip even more and get some big round breast implants. Then she will be worshipped and adored by men and teenage girls. The ideal in the land of the obese.
