Sunrise in Deep Cove

Grab a hot cup of coffee to go, find the perfect little spot to sit, sip your coffee, be patient, listen to the early morning calls of the birds around you. The first light appears, wait, the sun crests over the mountains and begins to light up the world around you in a beautiful blaze of color... Now take that shot. Taken at Cates Park, Deep Cove, B.C.

Perfect capture. I love the composition and the lighting is amazing. I love the ambers and honeys myself. It's fun chasing the sun as it rises, isn't it? Although, I agree, the getting outta bed so early is a bit rough at times. :)
