This is probably my favorite as it has the best overall feel. The hair and the face are lovely. It's true there is some issues with the hands, they need to be larger. They say your hand more or less is the length of your face and while this isn't strictly appropriate in manga/anime it serves as a nice guideline.
I hope you do get around to colouring it because it will be really nice :)
