well I just hope this lady is not you Karen. a good friend of mine just dropped by to tell me he has terminal lung cancer. smoked three packs a day for 30 years. stop while you still can breath.

this is a great capture :) I quit cold turkey about a month ago and still have cravings...but we will see how strong I can be :)~
