This is what happens when you draw while watching the movie, "Chicago". Chi is sooo hard to draw, and this is the first ever fanart of her that I actually colored and finished. It didn't turn out quite as well as I would have liked though. Maybe I'll do another one, to redeem this one. I like the hands though, and the costume did come out as planned, so I guess its okay. Its not an aweful picture...all right, maybe I kind of like it. A little. ^.~
