Excellent! I love the way the birds are looking at Arnold- he's quite a character- great expression!

Artist Reply: The spoof is about Arnold S. (CA gov) and his immigration (legal of course) but inability to run for president....the blue birds are the red white and blue all american voters.....considering of course...Arnold. The parrot is not native to CAL but is rather a captive immigrant escaped to the wild and causing qute a bit of trouble. This is the second in a series on the American Blue bird.
