When I was in kindergarten my parents picked me up from school with a 'surprise' just for me. Ooohhh the excitement! Little did I know, they were taking me to see Santa Claus......the strange man with the booming voice, musty-smelling red coat and long yellowing beard......I can still see my muscle-bound sailor of a father trying to drag me up there convinced I would enjoy myself once I was treated to sitting on that jolly old fellow's lap. I imagine to this day the gouges must remain on the ramp where I had planted my little maryjane heels. What an ungrateful child I was. I must admit it scarred me though. I still make a wide circle around santa in the mall. These wee corgis are, like most normal kids thrilled with the idea of seeing the big man in red. Well all but one anyway (in case you didn't recognize it, I would be the weird one in the center front). Original 6 x6 gallery-wrapped mini painting in the private collection of J. Maxwell.

Really neat! I like the one getting into Santa's bag.
