* Specchiarsi (Mirror Gazing) - 03/01/2007. This is a picture where I really wanted to practice drawing this character while using lots of purples and blues! The line angles started to drive me insane after a while (I don't like drawing straight lines!), so I eventually just left them alone and allowed some of them to be improperly aligned! XD Also, I used a reference photo to draw this from a stock artist on D.A., but I can't seem to find her webpage again. :/ If anyone recognizes the pose, let me know and I will give her credit for the reference photo!!!! (^___^)'

Therese Davis Very well done reflection and plenty of attention to detail, but be aware that it does come across as a little flat. I think more shading especially on the character's skin might make them stand out more from their very busy background. | |
