Twas not a clatter or bell that tolled, nor was it a pleasant sound. No! The "NOISE" that came awakened the town even up to the friars castle mound. Oh shrill and squak and beastly qwark did hasten the mornings light. What could have it been that even called up the twilight of previous night. Sound the alarm said the towns constable it could be a battle cry! Just then, a small boy appeared, wearing his orange cloak, and said "come hither my pet", "and clatter no more less they make you their breakfast fry"

Tish I love that you choose primary colors mixed with earth tones, I think it is what makes this painting so wonderful to look at. Nicely thought out. It is so fun!!!!
