I came across this statue on a wall in Portugal and was taken by the blood red eyes and mouth giving it a kind of scary look. As August is the sign for Leo the Lion, I thought it appropriate to use for a birthday card especially for someone turning the big 5 0. Happy 50th Birthday, Gail.
