Down past the meadow, well beyond the field, deep in the dark of the woods lies a hidden pool of silent cool water. There is just nothing like four corgis having a grand old time to spoil the serinity. Can you tell that it has been bloody hot here lately????? Thought I would paint something cool and refreshing. "The Old Swimmin' Hole" is a delightfully whimsical piece for the welsh pemroke corgi or canine enthusiast painted on a marvelous, petite 6 x 6 inch stretched canvas. Original in the private collection of M. Hentkowski.
