Boats On The Bayou

Black and white photographs of boats like these were taken when Clark and his family were living in Alabama, during the 1950's. Several paintings titled Shrimp Boats and Boats On The Bayou depict scenes at the water front in Mobil Alabama. Hank Williams, a country Western folk star sang about a bayou in one of his hit songs. Not sure if Hank was singing about his home town experience in Mobil or if he was singing about New Orleans. One thing for sure Clark never visited New Orleans until after 1961, during the early 1990's to visit a niece living there. "Boats on The Bayou" would have to be Mobil. All printed posters were printed on high quality archival paper. Size is 24 X 30 inches Shipping is FREE inside the U.S.
