nice technique. The composition though... I think it would work better if you leave more open space in front of where Khofi is looking (right), instead of the back of his head, that's dead space back there. Plus it would leave more room for Jade. The UN flag is almost conflicting with his shoulder, would work better if it was a bit lower.

Koffi Annan's hair is wonderful, you've really caught the texture beautifully. But Jade's top or whatever she is wearing looks flat, it needs some darker shades in it, especially behind her hair.
