Schools out this summer!!! this place would look awesome if it was tidy! :-)

Artist Reply: This place has been "untidy" for a while. Unfortunately, the people that were housed in these facilities, and others like it, are now wandering the streets, as is attested to by current news headlines. This is kind of a testament to the mental health care system here.
