The Road to Malibu

When I was a kid, many, many, many years ago. My parents took my brother and I to visit our Aunt and Uncles little place in Malibu. It was a small trailer in a trailer park just steps from the water and has since been replaced by large expensive houses. This image is something I remember about the trip- when we saw this rock that was split by the road, we knew we were almost there. Such simple yet special pleasures of my childhood.

Been there seen that! Great reminder!

Artist Reply: Thank you, Jerry. I wish I had some sort of program like the ones you use for your drawings, then I could make it so the ocean was moving and the waves were crashing.
