*I was standing on the balcony of the hotel room that I was staying in, across from the tower of the city hall building. As I looked over at the building out into the bay thinking how beautiful and peacefully scerene it looked...I saw it! There it was! It came to the window of the top part of the tower underneath the clock! A ghostly figure had seemingly unoticed, appeared from somewhere in the tower, floated to the window, stayed and stared at I don't know what, and then moved away. It must be haunting the tower I thought to myself. I seem to have been the only person who witnessed this apparition. Should I tell someone? Oh my they would think I'm crazy! I decided not to say anything to anyone. But the next day I inquired that I was an avid fan of hauntings and I asked the concierge if he knew about anything that was strange that may have happened anywhere within the vicinity. He pulled me to the side where no one could hear, and he told me what he had seen in the tower. I acted like I knew nothing of it and said "Wow thats something!" He also said he hadn't heard that anyone had seen it and I thought that someone might just be playing a game...but when I went back to me room.....there was the ghostly apparition! It appeared right next to the balcony of my room and was motioning me to come over there! I had no idea of what to do because I was froze in my tracks! I just stared at the ghost and tried to say something, but my words froze in my throat!
