this morning

blizard, hundreds of small songbirds was trapped in this sudden blizard, with hard wind and wet snow comming in from east(russia),after the mildest winter for years, they expect warmer weather within a few days, these days no cars, no busses and a few trains dared to cross the city, but my boots did:)

This is a lovely scene, and one can see how the blizzard wind forced the snow onto the sides of the trees. I feel bad for all the little songbirds . You are a brave soul to be out in such yucky weather!

Artist Reply: its hard to sit in the warm house and think of going out but once out there it is wonderful and if you are moving yourself all the the time you will be perfectly warm and comfortable, it took me 1 and a half hour to go to work this morning, the birds try to get shelter from the storm in the forrest, if the warmer weather comes in a day or two they will manage I think
