My West Coast Friend-The Cartoonist & Quick Draw

His humor is dark, but his mind must be bright, and vivid with thought. I have other friends on the West Coast, but this man is the only cartoonist. I left quite a bit of artwork off this portrait, because I couldn't really tell the way they are designed. Most of his work I find very funny, but others, are very expressive, and just plain good artworks. Heeerrrreees Chuck Vest!!
