Good eye Tracy. The colour of the water is interesting is it not? maybe there is a mine or Quarry nearby?... Probably not, otherwise the Heron wouldn't be there looking for food :-)
Artist Reply: Thank you so much, Curtis ! :) The color of the water is, I believe, due only to the amount of algae found in it. There are actually nothing by corn fields surrounding this canal. And, yes, lots of good fish for the Heron within it. Peace to you.
