Sammy is my new companion. He is a Shiba Inu, a Japanese breed, their equivalent of a Jack Russell. He hardly ever barks and is house broken. When we walk together he has to be on a leash else I would never see him again because it is his nature to hunt small game. We got him from the pound where they were loath to claim him as a pure breed because he had been a stray, however, from my own research, he is purebred. Not that I give a vegetarian monkey's dangler either way. Because I love him.
