Tango for 2

Watercolour on Aquafine paper,8"x10". After painting 'Strictly Tango' in pastel I decided to carry on the theme but try something a little different. I have never worked in watercolour so I decided to paint this with the small starter set that my Wife bought me for my birthday. Not sure if I got all the watercolour techniques right but I certainly enjoyed the painting of it.

never worked in watercolor, and this is your first???wow, i am so jealous..:D fantastic work:)

Artist Reply: Thank you for your kind remarks, so many people have told me that I have used the watercolor wrong, that it is too thick, that it should be washed onto the paper with less defination, But I feel that if you see in your mind's eye how you want your painting to look, then you use what ever it takes to make your vission real. Once again than you for your kind remarks and understanding. John
