Tom and Susan Repasky I agree with Nicole, Olga, plus I should add that the image is evocative of immense power in the feminine! I looked at this one over the past few weeks, and find that it contains an element that is familiar to my soul! Excellent work in this image, beautifully composed and presented with grace! ~S | |

Nicole Valentin Well, I'm on the fence with this one. I sure stared at it for a long time trying to decipher what I felt when I looked at it. It reminded me of breast cancer for some weird reason. There is so much focus on the breasts because they are so deformed. The woman on the left looks so dramatic, the one on the right looks so calm, almost overly confident. The shadowing in the background reminds me of my own piece titled "Afraid of Myself", so to me that type of background blend usually indicates intense personal deeply rooted emotions. I don't know what I feel about it, Olga: I don't hate it and I don't love it. But let me tell you one thing: it got me into thinking and pondering ~ and after all, I think that's what REAL ART is all about. So, I like it, because I just spend the past 15 minutes of my life trying to feel it out. Thanks for the time :) | |

This particular work has another title, THE JOY OF WOMAN - SERIES 5, which may, perhaps, illuminate the emotional content of this work.
