tribute to vermeer watercolour rendition

THis was perhaps one of the most difficult and technically challenging translations of an old master that I have done. This watercolour has the most technically challenging washes etc. that I could personaly render... hats off to Vermeer:) the translation is from oil to watercolour.. FYI sigh... I'll post a higher res. photo shortly

Very Impressive work...she most have really been some lovely young women to live in our hearts for so long...Praise Vemeer and Her...the Women that serves others is the Pearl!!! Excellent choice of subject. I appreciate your tribute not only to Vemeer but to all women whose labor is to care for others in such a manner. May I join in the uplifting of their hearts. God bless you for this one.
