Original Size: approximately 10" x 15" This is a fantasy piece I did for a sample cover. I wanted it to have an almost pin-up style to it, while keeping the images around the central character play into the scene. The warrior woman is searching a so-called deserted temple, and has just caught in the corner of her eye the menacing things approaching. She is then readying herself for a possible confrontation. I wanted her face to have the expression of surprise, but not fear. I also played a bit with her outfit to accentuate her form. I think she won't need much body protection with her speed and agility. But that is just an excuse; her attractive figure doesn't need to be covered or restricted by bulky armor! Hope you enjoy it...
