After Maud changed her last name from Durrant to Allan,she started her dance career. She was able to gain a little fame, and earn money, enough to purchase some really nice clothing, and a nice place to live. No more dreams of becoming a concert pianist.

I loved your work. I would love to see you do oil. You have a great talent! Portraits are difficult and you seem to do it so easily.
