My first drawing since Snickers! I haven't drawn for soo long because of working so much so I'm a little rusty. The headset is too high and the nose held in too much and the lifted back leg too thin..plus the darker pencil I used for the legs looks grainy because of the cheap paper I used...the other pencil looks better but the contrast is aweful! That being said I like the softness of the shading I did on this one alot. A new style emerging perhaps? It's much smoother and more natural than my other drawings. I wonder if this effect has to do with the change in paper? My other paper was a little harder. This new paper is softer and bits of it detach sometimes while I shade.
