Ken great details on the landscapes. long time ago artist didn't care or don't know much about perspective. see it this way, it's not a photo, it's art. art can be any way you want it to be. | |

Faye Facer I do like the setting for this bridge and has given me an improvised idea for a painting. There is something a bit out of syc in the perspective. It took me a time to locate it. First I squinted and the front of the bridge shfted to appear to be parallel with the bottom of the picture and facing directly to the front. Finally I realized , it is the legth of the far-side roof - is longer than the near side. This givies the illusion that the bridge is tipped slightly away from the viewer. Small oversight; easily corrected on a sketched drawing. | |
