Old Railroad Station

hr>
(c) 1993 Elton Houck...

"the old train station " .

I took this photo of an old abandonded and antiquated train station from another century. It was in a little town in Texas called Midelothian, just outside of Dallas. It stood out because urban development was in full tilt at every corner adjacent to the old station. I don't remember if it was going to be torn down...but I am almost certain, the station was not spared, and now except for a few memories and this photo, it would not even be recalled...such a shame...such a shame...

What a shame, indeed... and thanks for preserving the old memory by capturing this old house with your camera, Elton..:-) Cheers,

I love old buildings! What an excellent capture! I'm glad you took a pic of it, so that if it is torn down a part of it still lives on!!! Excellent work, Elton! :)
