Artist Reply: This is close to my home, only in my mind! I live in the plains of Northwest Oklahoma. However, I have been fortunate enought to have traveled to many other parts of the world. I do not actually remember where I took the photo that I used for reference in this painting, but it was one of many beautiful places on this old planet! Thanks for your comment!
