Inspiration for the collection came from an eclectic collection of things:
The Chelsea flower show - especially the themed gardens, Picnics, butterflies. The New England décor the printed eclectic fabrics patchwork blankets, My partiality romantic view of Summer and a selection of words I wanted the collection to embody. Inspiration for the colours and fabric it fresh from the interior design world..... the quilting in cushions and the traditional quilted blankets I love the eclectic togetherness of that style.. so I simplified it for the collection. There is all ways a current of oriental that flows throw my collection. For me it allows me to be free and structure at the same time. Outfit names Each outfit has a name. In a production run each piece in the outfit would also have a name but for this I'm just naming the girls = the outfit. 1.Taten 2.Tae 3.Etta 4.Annet 5.Netta there is more to follow later..they are still in my head.
