Becca loves calico cats. She has a toy calico kitten that she named "Kayla" She cares for it almost as if it was a real cat..we even made it a crib and Becca tells of her adventures with Kayla. This is a pastel drawing on black paper ...then I scanned several small squares of textured paper, and combined that and the drawing with an abstrct pattern I drew also in pastel on black paper. When you combine traditinal with digital media a whole new demension opens for the artist an hopefully, the viewer. Becca is the recipient of the original Kayla drawing...and a print of this if she wants.
