Passion Pansy kalidiscope design

Today, for one of my artwatchers, as requested, something in a floral, and to give you all a break form all the portaits I've posted this week. I'll post another portrait and someflorals as well over the weekend. This one startd from a pansy painting I had did, turned into a kalidoscope, added bubbles, sunburst, fairy dust, and purple passion flowers, so it is obviously a manipulated piece. I am still learning to use effects and filters, so please bear with me as I learn to try them out. I hope to find some interesting combinations not as easy or combinely used. Also, I had a request to explain how these can be done. For the kalidiscope, I used Corel Paint Shop Pro X, and the bubble and sunburst. The rest I got out of Painter IX. One hint for kalidiscopes without lots of pixels and noise/speckling: start with a larger image if possible. You can resize some of these in Painter IX and even change the resolution, up some, but check the results. Save often. Undo if you don't like it, or try something else to improve it. Save as different variations as well. You might find it's hard to recreate something identical if you forget what you did, or want to work on it another time. The kalidiscope alone will have you playing with the adjustments to get variations, remeber to zoom the preview image down to see the whole image, and up to see details. If not sure it will work, tr it, and you can always hit undo. Corel and Adobe, as well as some other software have some on-line free product trail downloads. I'd try before I buy, and I know Corel is good for running on-line special offers, & product bundles. I hope this helps some of you out, and you like this floral design.

So beautiful!

Artist Reply: Thank you Armando! I do tend to do most art on a more joyful, positive, or beauty theme. Kind of my way of coping with the worst things in life, by appreciating all the beauty to counter it.
