I painted the image of the woman from a picture of Marilyn Monroe that I liked. Instead of painting the green background, I decided to use some paper with an interesting pattern. I saw the images of the red flowers in the interior design and architecture magazine, 'Objekt 31' (http://www.objekt.nl/) and cut and pasted them. It is a 14x12 on an 1/4 inch deep canvas.
