The canoeiro (canoe sailor) cuts the waters of the "Old Chico" under the beautiful moonlight of Penedo, city that keeps an historical relic of Colonial Brazil. Its secular churches and monuments gives an authentic baroque air to the city. The picture also shows the full moon appearing in the back of the Imperial Passo, where Emperor D.
