nice drawing. I am glad to see that you are working with highlights within your work. For CC: be sure to make sure all highlights are the same. Currently, the end of the broom and her hair have an unidentified light source acting upon them where as the rest of the body has a light source from below. Be sure to allow all light sources to affect all objects. Also, extend the light source to the shoes and be sure to add shadows. ~.^ Overall good job. I like the composition and the whimsical feel of the piece.
