Startled Meeting

This momma and baby were standing on a rural Washington state road as we were SLOWLY rounding a curve. Luckily, I just happened to have my camera ready for a quick shot before they disappeared into the woods. The poor baby was just beside itself as to which way to go before it finally realized it should follow momma.
